BFA Show

My final images for my Illustration BFA Show
Titled Holidays on the Off Season.
-The lion and the lamb become disenchanted with each other and take up affairs with other woodland creatures.

-After years of doubting his ability to socialize with his ebony winged peers, Scarecrow is looking into joining the self help group known as the Crow Awareness Association.

-Brought on by a career of exuberant pointing, Uncle Sam goes in for shoulder surgery.

-Kleptomania has set in, and the Easter Bunny finds himself in jail after attempting to steal the entire egg supply from his local Quicky Mart.

There will be more to come. I hope to get all 12 months covered eventually and make a calendar. let me know if you have any ideas for January, May, June, August, September, November, or December. I think i want to create Bridezilla for June. but let me know what you all think.

Printmaking

Dry point: scratching into copper. I will be doing 5 images with this same piece of copper, so scratching my image, then erasing or burnishing the lines I don't want there anymore, then drawing back into it.
Three diff wiping attempts on the same plate.
